The Clarity by Design session

 

A 90-minute private session for women around 50 who can feel their next chapter calling, but do not yet have the words for it.

 

There is this strange moment that happens for many women around 50.

On the outside, things may look fine. Maybe even good. You have built a life. You may have built a business, a body of work, a reputation, a way of being known. You have done the sensible things, the useful things, the necessary things. You have probably carried more than most people know, and still found a way to keep showing up.

But then something starts to feel different.

Not always in a dramatic way. Sometimes it is just a quiet irritation. A heaviness. A little body-no when you say the sentence you have been using for years. You hear yourself explain what you do and, even as the words come out of your mouth, you know they are not quite true anymore.

Maybe you have a website, a bio, a rehearsed elevator pitch, a way of describing your work that used to feel clear enough. It is not terrible. It is not broken. It is not even necessarily wrong.

It is just old, too small and you are boring yourself.

And that is the bit we have to be honest about.

Because somewhere around the 50 Threshold, the old language starts to fall away. The old identity gets tight around the shoulders. The old business or life you built may still exist, but it no longer feels like the whole truth.

That is not brain fog.

I think this is what happens when your inner truth gets louder than your old conditioning.

The calling that comes online around the 50 Threshold

I believe many women arrive at this season with far more wisdom than they are using.

Not because they are unclear, but because we have been trained out of trusting what we know. We have been trained to look outside ourselves for permission, to make things look professional before we allow them to be powerful, and to tone down the thing we know in our bones because it might be too much, too direct, too inconvenient, or too hard to explain.

And then midlife comes along and starts messing with the whole arrangement.

The old roles do not fit as neatly. The old motivation is not enough anymore. The things you used to tolerate become almost impossible to keep tolerating. The calling starts coming online, not as a shiny purpose statement, but as a deep, inconvenient knowing that there is something you are here to say, guide, hold, teach, question, change or bring into the world.

And often, that thing feels bigger than you expected.

Not bigger in the patriarchal sense of building an empire that eats your life. Bigger because your lived experience is no longer just for you. Bigger because there are women who need what you have finally understood. Bigger because your work is not just about your own success anymore. It is about the future you care about.

And yes, that can feel fucking scary.

Especially when you do not have words for it yet.

It is almost like there is a dragon in the room, and you keep trying to feed it crumbs.

A better caption. A tidier bio. A softer version of what you really mean.

But the dragon does not want crumbs.

It wants truth.

 

What happens in Clarity by Design

Clarity by Design is a 90-minute private session where we name the life, work, contribution and legacy that is trying to come through you now.

It goes deeper than positioning, because I do not believe positioning is the real issue here.

The real issue is translation.

How do we translate what you have lived into language?

How do we translate your wisdom into something other women can recognise?

How do we translate the thing your body already knows into words you can speak, write and build from?

Before we meet, you will fill in a short questionnaire so I can get a feel for where you are right now. I want to know what no longer fits, what you are trying to say, what you keep circling, and what your intuition has been quietly nudging you towards. In short, what is your big vision?

Then we meet for 90 minutes on Zoom.

We look at the life and work you have already built, because none of this appears out of nowhere. Your next chapter has clues all over it. In the work you have done, the stories you keep telling, the things that annoy you, the patterns you spot in other women, and the conversations that make you sit up straighter.

You do not need to know anything about Astrology and Human Design before we meet. I use it to personalise the session to your unique chart. We take what resonates, translate what matters, and leave the rest.
