Hello, I am Sharonah

 

I’m a transformational business designer based in Europe. I support menopausal business owners to treat this stage as a portal — not a slow fade — and build businesses that reflect their real energy and capacity now.

I’ve been a solopreneur for 30 years. For around twenty years I freelanced on large exhibition construction projects, mainly abroad — coordinating big builds, tight deadlines, moving parts, and international teams. Income was high. Fulfilment wasn’t.

Over time, perimenopause and grief changed how I could work, lead, and create. The old way stopped working.

The business world still shouted “push harder, show up more, scale faster.” I tried to fix myself with more mindset, more strategy, more courses. It didn’t work.

So I created The Pivot — where energy, strategy, and feminism sit at the same table. We’re not here to recreate the old systems. We’re here to build circular ways of working that let women actually live their lives… and still create income and impact.
