Hello, I am Sharonah

I am a transformational business designer based in Europe. I support menopausal business owners to treat this stage as a portal, not a slow fade, using Human Design and Gene Keys in very practical ways.

I have been a solopreneur for 30 years, which means basically I have never been employed.

For around twenty years I freelanced on large exhibition construction projects, mainly abroad. I worked as a design coordinator on World Expo pavilions in places like Shanghai and Osaka, curated and designed interiors and exhibitions leading international teams. I know what it means to hold big projects, tight deadlines and moving parts, while still being the one who remembers what everyone wants for dinner. Income 9/10, yet fulfilment only 1/10.

Then perimenopause hit. And my mum died.

My body, brain and heart changed, but the business world still shouted “push harder, show up more, scale faster”. I tried to fix myself with more mindset, more strategy, more courses. It did not work.

Human Design and Gene Keys gave me language for why I could not keep operating that way, and how I am actually built to create, earn and lead. But I could not find a space where menopause, grief, energy, money and business reality were all in the same conversation.

So I realised that this was my calling and created The Pivot.

My work is where energy, strategy and feminism sit at the same table. We are not here to recreate the old systems. We are here to build matriarchal, circular ways of working that let women actually live their lives. We are here to create an impact and ripple effects, that will make the world a better place.
